Earthvedic – FRESH BATCH- Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Earthvedic Fresh Batch is available exclusively on www.earthvedic.com (“Website”) for products mentioned on the FRESH BATCH page.

EARTHVEDIC FRESH BATCH for a product is considered successful once the criteria of minimum number of buyers is met in the given time period. The user can support EARTHVEDIC FRESH BATCH only by ordering the EARTHVEDIC FRESH BATCH product(s) and paying the full amount in advance.

EARTHVEDIC is not liable to ship the products if EARTHVEDIC FRESH BATCH couldn’t achieve the minimum number of buyers in the given time period.

In order to participate in EARTHVEDIC FRESH BATCH, the user will have to pay entire product price upfront using online payment options available on the Website. COD option is not applicable on EARTHVEDIC FRESH BATCH orders.

The Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force of India. In the event of any dispute between both parties, a resolution of the dispute shall be negotiated under the principles of good faith; should the negotiations fail to reach a consensus, both parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DELHI; and to waive any objections based upon venue.

In the event that certain clauses are unenforceable for any reason, the other clauses of the Terms shall remain effective, and the unenforceable clauses shall be amended to the extent necessary to make them enforceable according to the law.

The User Agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the Website shall constitute an integral part of these Terms.
